The sooner you can get final financing in order the better the offer looks!

2 | Set-up Automated Search:

The days of realtors manually scrolling for properties for their clients are over. This is extremely time-consuming and inefficient. I set up an automated search based specifically on your criteria. We will both be notified the second a potential property hits the MLS. This way, we're ready to act quickly which is important in such a competitive market!

After deciding that you would like to make an offer, it's then time to decide what price you will go in at. I will advise on a range of where I believe the property will sell at, but at the end of the day, you need to go in with a strong number that has a chance to win as well as (and most importantly) a number you're comfortable with.
